How long rented TRON Energy lasts and where it goes

Rented Energy is not a permanent wallet balance. An owner of staked TRX delegates resources to your active address for a limited period and reclaims them afterward. Your address and tokens remain under your control.

Timeline of TRON Energy delegation and reclamation
01

The period starts with delivery

Use the successful order delivery and stated duration as your reference. Delegated Energy appears in account resources and decreases as contracts execute. Temporary delegation is not the same as daily recovery of the account’s own resources.

02

What happens at expiry

The delegated amount is reclaimed after the rental period. Unused Energy does not turn into TRX or roll over. Order for planned operations and use the resource before expiry.

  • Confirm delivery before sending USDT.
  • Do not wait until the final minutes.
  • A new period requires a new current-price order.
03

Why Energy may drop early

The address consumes Energy whenever it signs smart-contract operations. Automation or another operator using the same wallet can spend it, so check the current balance immediately before transfer.

FAQ

Is unused Energy refunded?

No. The purchase covers temporary resource availability, not a permanent balance.

Will my USDT disappear when Energy is reclaimed?

No. Only the delegated resource returns; wallet control and tokens are unaffected.

Why did Energy decrease before expiry?

A transaction or another smart-contract call signed by the account consumed it.
