1. About the service
EZ Energy provides a technical interface for temporary rental and delegation of Energy on the TRON network, screening public blockchain addresses, funding an internal balance and accessing services through an API.
The service never requests a seed phrase, private key or permission to control wallet assets. Delivery requires only the public TRON address supplied by the user.
2. Account and access
Users are responsible for access to their Telegram account, API keys, devices and active sessions. Properly authenticated actions are treated as authorized until compromise is reported.
API keys must not be published, shared or embedded in client-side code. A suspected leaked key should be revoked immediately and reported to support.
3. Price and confirmation
Prices are dynamic and become final only on the confirmation screen. A calculator estimate, earlier quote or previously opened page is not a guaranteed price.
An order is created only after explicit confirmation. If the price changes before placement, the service may require confirmation again.
4. Delivery and rental period
The standard Energy rental period is one hour unless another period is clearly shown before confirmation. The period starts after successful resource delegation to the specified address.
Energy is a temporary TRON network resource. At the end of the paid period, remaining Energy is reclaimed or otherwise becomes unavailable. Unused Energy is not transferred to another order and cannot be converted back into money.
A successful status means sufficient technical or blockchain evidence of delivery was received. Actual consumption depends on the user’s actions and the current state of the TRON network.
5. Wallet address
The user must provide a correct, active and compatible TRON address. Energy normally belongs on the address that will send the TRC-20 transaction, not the recipient or an exchange deposit address.
Format and activation checks do not remove the user’s responsibility for submitted details. Blockchain delegation cannot be redirected after delivery.
6. Payments and internal balance
Deposits are credited after the required network confirmations or confirmation by the payment processor. Timing depends on the network and payment method.
Fees, exchange rates and credited amounts are shown before payment where technically possible. A wallet, bank, blockchain or payment service may charge separate fees.
The internal balance is used to pay for EZ Energy services and is not a bank account, deposit or investment product.
7. AML checks
AML reports use data and analytical methods available at the time of the check. They are informational, not legal advice, and do not guarantee acceptance by an exchange, bank or other service.
Results may change as transactions, labels and data sources change. Users remain responsible for transfer decisions.
8. API, presets and automation
API clients must use unique idempotency keys and process terminal order statuses. Repeating a request with a new identifier may create and charge a separate order.
Enabling a preset or automated workflow authorizes orders that match the selected conditions. The user remains responsible for the address, limits, Energy amount and available balance.
9. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, attacks, exploitation of errors, balance manipulation or infringement of third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to receive services without payment or alter request pricing.
- Do not overload the service, bypass limits or automatically scan private interfaces.
- Do not impersonate EZ Energy or use its brand to mislead others.
10. Availability and liability
The service aims for continuous operation but cannot guarantee freedom from delays caused by TRON, maintenance, external infrastructure, congestion or force majeure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EZ Energy is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, asset price changes, third-party address restrictions or funds sent incorrectly by a user.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
11. Changes and contact
These terms may change as features, risks or legal requirements evolve. The current version and update date are published here and apply to orders created after publication.
Questions about an order should be submitted through the official EZ Energy Telegram bot. Support will never request a seed phrase or private key.
