1. Data we process
The data depends on which functions a person uses.
- Telegram ID, username, name, language and account attributes supplied through bot interaction or authentication.
- Public TRON addresses, amounts, hashes, statuses and other public blockchain information.
- Orders, deposits, internal balance, AML checks, support conversations and account settings.
- IP address, request time, device and browser type, technical logs, session identifiers and security events.
- Limited payment processor details needed to match a payment. EZ Energy does not receive or store full bank card details.
2. How data is used
Data is used to perform orders, maintain balances, authenticate users, provide support, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, improve the interface and meet mandatory requirements.
- Creating, delivering and recovering orders.
- Crediting payments and preventing duplicate credits.
- Generating AML reports requested by a user.
- Protecting accounts, API access and infrastructure.
- Sending service messages and optional price notifications.
3. Processing grounds
Depending on the context, data is processed to perform a contract, comply with mandatory requirements, protect legitimate interests of the service and its users, or based on consent.
Optional notifications can be disabled in settings. Technical messages about orders, security and terms may be necessary to provide the service.
4. Data recipients
Payment, blockchain infrastructure, hosting, analytics and technical partners may process limited data required for their task.
Data may also be disclosed in response to a binding lawful request or when necessary to protect users and the service from fraud or attacks.
EZ Energy does not sell personal data for advertising profiles.
5. Public blockchain data
TRON is a public blockchain. Addresses, transactions, amounts, timestamps and smart-contract interactions may remain publicly available independently of EZ Energy.
Deleting information from EZ Energy systems does not remove it from the blockchain or third-party explorers.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website uses necessary session mechanisms for login, security, language and settings. The account area may not work correctly without them.
If optional advertising or analytics cookies are introduced, separate consent will be requested where required.
7. Retention
Data is retained as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, secure accounts, prevent duplicate credits and meet mandatory requirements.
When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized except for public blockchain records and information that must be retained for law or abuse prevention.
8. Security
Access controls, encrypted transport, activity logging, request limits and other technical safeguards are used. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Users should protect Telegram with two-step verification, keep API keys private and terminate suspicious sessions.
9. User rights
Depending on applicable law, a user may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent.
Requests can be sent through support. Control of the Telegram profile may need to be confirmed. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when needed for accounting, security, disputes or mandatory retention.
10. Age and changes
The service is not intended for people who cannot enter into this agreement under applicable law.
This policy may change as features and requirements evolve. The current version and date are always published here.
