1. Purpose
These rules protect users, the service and infrastructure from unlawful or harmful use. They apply to the website, Telegram bot, API, mirror bots and linked accounts.
Controls use available technical, payment and public blockchain data and do not make EZ Energy a bank or government authority.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users must not directly or indirectly use the service for:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or distribution of prohibited material.
- Fraud, theft, phishing, extortion, malware or vulnerability exploitation.
- Evasion of sanctions, court orders, blocks, limits or another service’s controls.
- Concealing the source of third-party assets without a lawful basis.
- Manipulation of balances, refunds, referrals, pricing or order statuses.
3. Reviews and protective measures
Where risk is elevated, the service may request additional information, delay processing, restrict features, cancel an undelivered order, suspend an account or refuse future service.
A detailed reason may be withheld when disclosure would help bypass a safeguard or is restricted by law.
4. User AML reports
A paid AML check is an analytical snapshot of available data at the time of the request. Risk categories, percentages and labels may differ between sources and change over time.
A report does not prove ownership, guarantee the legality of all funds or replace independent due diligence or professional advice.
5. Incorrect labels and appeals
EZ Energy does not create or control every external blockchain label. A user who believes a result is inaccurate may contact support with the check number.
Correcting a third-party label may require contacting its source. Disagreement with a result does not mean a completed check was not delivered.
6. Cooperation and records
Logs, account details, orders and payment records related to suspected abuse may be retained. Disclosure occurs only as described in the Privacy Policy and mandatory requirements.
Users must provide truthful information in support requests and must not interfere with a security review.
7. Reporting abuse
Report fraudulent EZ Energy use, impersonation, API key leaks or vulnerabilities through the official Telegram support ticket.
Do not publicly disclose an exploitable vulnerability before the service has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it.
